ViewFlex promises that all products purchased directly from ViewFlex official stores enjoy the following service policies. Please keep your purchase documents, invoices and order numbers. 

7 Days Return Policy

If your order/item(s) meet below conditions:

1.Damage caused by the negligence of the deliveryman during the transportation

2.Product quality issue caused the product cannot be used

3.The actual goods do not match the description

However, the following conditions do not support 7 days return：

1. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to provide
2. Failure to submit a return request within the validity period
3. Damage caused by improper use of the user
4. The product affects two sales

One-year Warranty Policy

If your order/item(s) meet below conditions:

1. Warranty is provided for defective products that are not caused by human abuse or physical damage

However, the following conditions do not support one-year warranty：
